The following menu shortcuts have been adopted for all of our products for all releases after October 2003:

Problems Receiving Zip Files Through e-mail

winmail.dat Files

On occasion there are problems sending zip files, etc. by e-mail. For some customers the file that is received is a winmail.dat file instead of the zip file that was actually sent. This is a problem with sending files in “rich text format” using Microsoft Outlook to non-Outlook users. A good description of the problem (and possible solutions) can be found by clicking here.
